Your quote includes the bus, driver, fuel, insurance, and standard amenities—but does not include parking fees, tolls, or hotel/lodging expenses if your trip requires an overnight stay. Gratuity is included in your base rate, but additional tips for exceptional service are always appreciated. Our 30-passenger minibuses offer generous luggage capacity, typically allowing each passenger one large ‘checked’ bag in the large underfloor storage bay (if bus has underfloor storage) and one smaller carry-on bag in overhead compartments. If the bus does not have underfloor storage, there is a rear luggage area behind the last row of seats that can accommodate larger items. Overhead parcel racks inside the cabin are ideal for backpacks, briefcases, or smaller roller bags. For groups with oversized equipment—such as sports teams, band instruments, or trade show displays—please specify your storage needs when booking so we can assign a minibus with the appropriate configuration.
